Shipping and Delivery terms
1. Production and Shipping Lead Times
- Production: Most products are manufactured within one (1) to four (4) business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping: delivery times within the European Union may vary depending on the country of destination (see § 3 below).
2. Shipping Method
Standard Service: All items, including frames and canvases, are shipped with a traceable tracking number. The tracking reference is communicated to the customer by email upon dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- These delivery times are provided in accordance with our shipping partners’ commitments and do not account for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to delays by postal or courier services, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees vary according to product dimensions, weight and delivery destination.
- Free shipping is automatically applied to orders exceeding €49.
