Article 1 – Seller Identification

Article 2 – Scope of Application
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are reproductions of artworks restored using professional digital tools.
Each product is made "to order" according to the customer's specifications: format, printing medium (fine art paper, mounted canvas, rolled canvas).
Article 4 – Special Orders
Custom projects are available upon request, including:
- Formats different from those offered in the standard catalogue
- Diptych or triptych assemblies upon request
Such orders require a custom quotation and prior written approval. Specific production timelines may apply.
Article 5 – Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT).
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 6 – Order Validation
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered exclusively within the European Union.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. The studio cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 8 – Withdrawal Right Exclusion
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, prints produced to the customer's requirements cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of proven defects or errors attributable to the seller.
Article 9 – Defective or Damaged Products
In case of damaged delivery or manifest defect, the customer must notify ARGOS Print Studio within 14 calendar days of receipt by sending supporting photographs.
After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered at the seller's discretion.
Article 10 – Personal Data Protection

Article 11 – Governing Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, amicable settlement shall be sought prior to any legal action.
Failing such resolution, the competent courts of Toulouse shall have jurisdiction.
